| Jason Mraz Shares Toilet Tissue Tips Posted: 04 Jun 2009 02:30 PM PDT Jason Mraz shared a naked picture of himself in his latest blog, which also suggests an eco-friendly solution to one of nature's biggest pains in the ass. The 31-year-old singer writes, “Americans' addiction to two-ply, super soft toilet paper is causing greater harm to our environment than our gas guzzling cars. No s—…. In order to produce all that perfectly plush paper, companies must harvest tons of virgin trees, which the reaping of means less oxygen for the atmosphere to offset or all the carbon that seems to be frying us here on the surface.” Here are some great toilet tissue tips from Mr. Mraz: - Start small. Challenge yourself to use only 8 squares in your session. We've all been in that place where it's close to the cardboard roll and you have to be MacGuyver to make a clean get-away. This will force you to get creative while taking good care of each square. - Use both sides. I mean that. I bet some people are afraid to look at or get close to their own skid-marks. But I say it's better to know how your body's handling the business of your health. Fold the paper again and again using a clean angle from the very same square. There's a lot of real estate wasted on each sheet when you only wipe once. - Should you find the paper too thin and become the victim of too many breakthroughs, try using a stronger material as a backing. This worked when I was camping. The paper wasn't holding up in the dampness of camp, so I used a leaf to give the paper more strength from behind. Plus the leaf was textured, which handled the job with far more efficiency than just the paper by itself. |

Here’s what Jennifer opened up about: On getting back on set: “The few days before I got really nervous I was like, what if I forgot how to act?!” On balancing work with motherhood: “I bring the babies to work with me. I love it. Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film. I wanted to do this film really badly and bringing my babies with me that first morning, I was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!’ It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.” On getting her body back into shape after giving birth to twins: “It did take a lot of work,” she admits. “I thought it was gonna drop off easily because I had been in shape my whole life, but it wasn’t. I gained about 50 pounds with my twins, and the first 30 dropped off like that, and I was like, ‘Ha, this is gonna be so easy.’ That last twenty pounds, that took a while.” |

| Melissa Joan Hart Apologizes To Farrah Fawcett Posted: 03 Jun 2009 01:50 PM PDT Melissa Joan Hart has written an apology to cancer-stricken Farrah Fawcett after the NY Post overheard the 33-year-old actress saying that she hoped Farrah wouldn’t die so her bikini-clad cover would be published by People magazine. The Sabrina the Teenage Witch star writes, “It has come to my attention that something I said has been completely misconstrued in the press. I was merely explaining what I had read about how the cover of People magazine was chosen from an article last week I read in the Times. I truly hope that Farrah and her family know I wish them the best at this time in her life. And that I would never be so selfish to disrespect anyone, let alone someone I admire greatly.” Melissa continues, “Last week was an intense one for me in many regards. Not only for all the reasons that have been publicized for you like the magazine cover and the opening of our new shop. But mainly because my mother was admitted into the hospital and underwent an intense 8 hour surgery on a brain tumor. All of my 6 siblings and I gathered at my house and the hospital for the entire week to be strong for each other. She is out of the woods and on her way to recovery, luckily she is a good healer and has 7 children to lend a hand in times like these. Prayer is a big part of my life and it was very crucial last week for my mommy. I ask that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she fights her way to a full and wonderful recovery. I love you Mommy!!!” |

AM: A million! I’m not even done yet actually. I’m actually going back tonight, I love London so I’m going back to London tonight and finishing up in the UK. Started in London, Paris, and Madrid, taking all trains and stuff, it’s been awesome. Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Niece, I did most south of France, Corsica which is an island south of France, Monte Carlo, oh my God, that city is so beautiful at night, the lights. They are the most beautifully, visually stimulating cities I’ve ever seen in my life at night. From there I went all through Italy, Milano, Venice, Roma and Greece. Obviously, I ran into your brother in Mykonos and went to Santorini. I had already been to Athens and Santorini before, but Greece is by far my favorite. Then I went to Prague and ended up back in the UK for Scotland and Ireland. JJ: Did you get any souvenirs for your sisters [Rachel and Angel]? AM: Every single city I get a keychain and something else specific to them, so they have every single city that I’ve been too. JJ: How do you think your character on 90210 has developed from the beginning of this season to the end, and where do you see her going next? AM: Well, I was pretty confused for most of the year! I didn’t know what was going on! (laughs) It was back and forth, I kind of like the fact that everyday it was a new kind of something, I’m the type that gets a little ADD and I need constant stimulation, and they definitely do that on the show! (laughs) I had a lot of fun with it. JJ: Your character on Nip/Tuck was so evil compared to this one, would you ever want to go back to that? AM: Oh yeah! I loved Nip/Tuck, that was an amazing character and I love to play characters like that, maybe in film or something. I loved the whole Sharon Stone, Basic Instinct, those types of roles, but I definitely had my own guilty pleasure playing Eden. 10+ pictures inside of world traveler AnnaLynne McCord… |
