Last night’s episode featuring Snooki’s altercation at a bar brought in 2.5 million viewers. The show’s also had an 85% increase in young viewers from the series premiere. Jersey Shore was the #1 cable show in its time period with females aged 12-34 and the 11 p.m. repeat of the show is up as well! And that’s the situation. |

| Shane Sparks Arrested For Child Molestation Posted: 18 Dec 2009 12:10 PM PST  Shane Sparks, a judge on the MTV reality competition America’s Best Dance Crew, was arrested at 8AM in North Hollywood on Friday (December 18) for alleged child molestation. KTLA reports Shane, who is being held on $590,000 bail, was charged with 9 counts of molestation, including a lewd act upon a child that took place in 1994. Back in April, So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex DeSilva was arrested for multiple sexual assaults. FYI: Shane also choreographed for SYTYCD. First Alex, now Shane? What?! |

The couple, who were married for 10 years, were granted a divorce today in a Pennsylvania court and agreed upon "the equitable distribution of marital property and the payment of child support." Kate will stay with all eight kids in the Pennsylvania house, her attorney said. “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on the children,” Kate said in a statement to Access Hollywood. “On behalf of myself and my legal team, I want to express my deep appreciation to the Judge and his staff, as well as to the arbitrator, for resolving this case. This has been a challenging transition for all of us, but I am confident that we will move ahead with the important task of restructuring our lives.” |

This coming February, the 28-year-old music superstar will try her hand at the fragrance market - and she told WWD that she’s proud of her creation. “Everything, from the bottle design to the name and the ideas for the commercials — that's me. When I commit to something, I do it 100 percent, and I've never had [creative control over a fragrance] until this project,” B said.
